Blesch Auditorium is a vital community asset, serving as the largest theater in both Marinette and Menominee counties. For over 71 years, it has been the premier venue for local dance academies, school performances, and community events.

However, as time has passed, the auditorium now requires significant updates to remain a viable space for modern productions and accessibility needs. Meanwhile, the Menominee School District indicated plans in 2020 to relinquish Blesch and construct new K-6 classrooms near Menominee High School.
Menominee Area Stagemagic, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, is committed to preserving and enhancing Blesch Auditorium, regardless of the school district’s future plans. The organization has embraced the challenge of securing the necessary support and funding to ensure Blesch remains a thriving venue for generations to come.
